ExoMira Medicine is pleased to announce that Dr. Alex Le, PhD, MBA, has formally joined the company as Executive Advisor and Board Member in 2025. Dr. Le brings more than 15 years of leadership at the intersection of science, strategy, and innovation, with extensive experience across the life sciences industry spanning R&D, commercial strategy, and startup creation.

Dr. Le’s career includes key roles in management consulting and corporate strategy, where he advised top pharmaceutical and medtech companies on growth planning, M&A, and market access. He held leadership positions at IQVIA, Navigant, and Baxter International, leading cross-functional initiatives in portfolio management, financial modeling, and competitive intelligence. In parallel, Dr. Le is well-versed in the biotech startup landscape, having co-founded ReconBio, a company focused on on-demand drug removal to reduce adverse drug effects.

Dr. Le holds a PhD in Molecular Pathogenesis and Molecular Medicine from the University of Chicago, where his research explored estrogen receptor signaling and immune regulation. He later earned his Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, combining rigorous scientific training with business acumen—ideally positioning him to help guide ExoMira’s continued growth.
